1. When the power switch is on, the motor turns the clutch wheel at the same time. The binding material is placed on the platform and is blocked by the product (so that its position is not moved and pressed by hand).
2. When pedal is applied, clutch work drives the driving shaft to work (the pedal will release immediately).
3. The pinion drives the big gear so that the shaft connecting the big gear turns.
4. The big gear turns the pinion engaged with the big gear, while the chain rotates and the wire (cable) rod is turned.
5. At the same time, the various cam matrices under the fixed table also rotate.
6. The first and second rotation of the conductor (cable) bar makes the binding material be wrapped one or two turns. When the conductor (cable) rod is turned to a small extent before the end point, the crimping tool (K-33) is backward, and the wire (cable) is hung in the twist buckle (c-46). The second is the crimp (cable) tool (k-
39) start pressing the line (cable) on the twist buckle (refer to figure 20 of P17).
7. When fully pressed, the beak of the nodule protrudes and hangs on the line (cable) at the front of the beak.
8. For this reason, the beak turns to the left, opens the lower mouth during rotation, and when the rotation ends, the lower mouth closes to the upper mouth and bites two lines (cables).
9. The beak of the bird that bites the line (cable) starts to retreat, and the same extraction device (K-79) drops to ensure that the nodule is blocked, so that the nodule does not shrink in.
10. When the beak starts to retreat: extend the knife and cut it off_ A new line (cable) is pulled out by the buckle at the beginning of the tool holder at the same time.
11. The beak is fully retracted, while the nodule is firm, the lower mouth opens to leave the nodal circle.
12. After nodule knot, clutch will leave automatically and make preparations for next operation.
