Introduction

High Speed Automatic Folding And Gluing Machine
Cardboard Packing Mechanism
Equipped with independent speed adjustment device, which could adjust the speed of paper collecting according to the packing speed, and it is very easy to operate.
Pressing Mechanism
5, certificated by ISO9001 and CE.
Pressure could be adjusted easity and reliably, to ensure superior quality of gluing.
Equipped with counting device for production counting by user.
Upper Gluing Mechanism
The upper gluing mechanism could be accurately adjusted up and down or left and right independently to ensure good gluing quality.
Lower Gluing Mechanism
The lower gluing mechanism could be adjusted left and right, which features quantitative gluing, easy replacement and cleaning.
Structure Folding
The extension design ensures the folding belts on both left and right side to help the accurately adjustment of pilot wheels of all degrees so as to meet different material and size requirements of the boxes.
Bottom Folding Mechanism
1, Bottom folding components are installed on the tun able holder, which shorted the time for bottom folding, adjustment and box changing.
Speed of bottom folding is ranged from 60-400 pieces per minute, which is stable and reliable.
Cardboard Feeding Mechanism
1, Cardboard is being correct fed automatically and continoulsy and the intervals could be adjusted infinitely.
2, Belt-driven device could be adjusted independently, and belt could be easily changed
3, Independent vibration motor mechanism improves cardboard feeding quality.
4, Cardboard feeding knife and guard on both sides could be integrate adjusted up and down, which shorten the time for adjustment and box changing.
