3.Structure and performance:
This machine is used to bundle the belt around the goods. The whole process, such as cutting off, is completed automatically.
1.There are four wheels that can move freely
2.The bundling methods include single belt , double belts , three belts , cross belts , etc. The mechanical models are JDB-600M, JDB-750M, JDB-1000M, and JDB-1200M. We suggest that when you choose to use the machine, it is more effective to select the most suitable model according to the size of the goods.
3.All parts of the main rotating shaft adopt needle bearings, which can make the mechanism rotate smoothly.
4.This machine uses PE-28 type special bundling belt, and adopts pulleys in the belt path.
5.Bundling tightness method: equipped with tightness bundling device, which can freely adjust the tightness of bundling goods ( new practical scheme)
6.The adjustment of the torque (C-46) can be simply adjusted without using tools (new practical scheme).
7.Brake device: in order to make the rotation and stop of the wire lead rod smoothly, a control brake device is provided, and the brake device adjustment can also be easily operated.
