Express carton forming gluing machine consists of four parts: cardboard feeding and gluing part, folding part, counting and stacking part and electrical control part. Purchasing Reason:
1. Cardboard feeding and gluing part:
(1)The main motor adopts Speed frequency control, with low noise, flexible and stable speed regulation.
(2)Adopts the front edge belt air suction cardboard feeding method, which is accurate and reliable.
(3)Adopts the high grade electromagnetic clutch brake system, so that the cardboard feeding structure can be controlled independently, and the operation is simple and convenient.
(4)The front baffle plate and cardboard feeding belt of the cardboard feeding section can be adjusted from left to right, and the front cardboard feeding structure can be adjusted electrically, which is convenient and fast for the cardboard supply demand of cartons with corresponding specifications.
(5)The glue is applied under knurled wheel to ensure gluing without missing and save glue. The gluing speed of the gluing wheel is synchronized with the main machine, reduces the friction between the gluing wheel and the cardboard and extends the service life of the gluing wheel.
(6)A glue pump is installed, and the glue is applied circularly.


 

2.The folding part
(1)Linkage with cardboard feeding part, frequency speed control.
(2)Adopts high friction belt to transport the cardboard, automatically folded, effectively avoiding the scissors mouth caused by the different thickness of the cardboard or the different tightness of the belts on both sides.
(3)The folding part is equipped with cardboard correction device and indentation correction device, which can effectively compensate and correct the phenomenon that the fold line in the slotting process is not in place and avoid the scissors mouth happen.
(4)Max folding speed: 115m/min.

 

3.Counting and stacking part
(1)After completion of gluing, the cartons are patted align, counted, stacked and automatically put out in full stack.
(2)Adopts the sun wheel to press cardboard, which is suitable for cardboard of various sizes and thicknesses.
(3)Counting and pushing out adopt pneumatic mode, which is reliable, accurate and fast.
(4)Both sides are equipped with emergency stop switches to avoid the waste of cardboard in emergency and increase the safety factor to ensure personal safety.

4.The electrical control part
(1)The touch screen is used to input various carton data, complete the specification adjustment and size change, and the operation is simple and reliable.
(2)The operator can easily eliminate various faults in the mechanical operation according to the prompts on the touch screen LCD display window, and can read various technical materials of the machine.
(3)Input data without stopping the machine, count automatically and output accurately.
